Over 390 drones were launched toward Moscow and the surrounding region between late Monday and early Tuesday. In Chekhov, near the Russian capital, an apartment building was damaged in the attack, though local officials reported no casualties. Other targets reportedly struck include a Wildberries logistics center and an industrial plant in the Moscow Oblast.
Russian air defenses downed 81 drones close to the capital city, with additional interceptions occurring in Podolsk, Domodedovo, and Kolomna. While Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin initially announced that twelve drones had been shot down, reports indicate the attack intensified over several hours.
