Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.
Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.
The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

Ukrainian drones attacked the Moscow region and the sea port in Sochi on September 3. In the Moscow region, Governor Andrei Vorobyov confirmed that drones hit residential buildings in Pavlovsky Posad and Kubinka. In Pavlovsky Posad, a drone struck a building on 1 Maya Street, blowing out windows. In Kubinka, a drone hit an apartment building on Naro-Fominskoye Highway, causing a fire on the eighth and ninth floors that led to the evacuation of 10 people. No injuries were reported in either town. One source noted that the damaged building in Kubinka is located approximately five kilometers from the Kubinka airbase.
Additionally, a drone strike caused a fire at a factory in the village of Bolshoye Bunkovo. While Governor Vorobyov did not specify the facility, one source cited a monitoring channel suggesting the target was a plastic packaging manufacturer called Pet.Rus. Regional officials reported that 56 drones were shot down over the Moscow region, with Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin stating that the total number of drones downed since midnight reached at least 94.
In Sochi, reports and video footage indicated an attack on the sea port. One source cited a monitoring channel claiming the target was the Russian multipurpose support vessel Nefrit. Local officials in Sochi and the Krasnodar Krai governor have not commented on the event.
