Voter Turnout Surges in Saxony Anhalt Regional Elections

Voter turnout for the regional elections in Saxony Anhalt has increased significantly compared to previous years. Regional election official Christa Dieckmann reported that 54.4 percent of eligible voters had cast their ballots by 2:00 PM, while turnout reached 65.3 percent by 4:00 PM.
