Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated in an interview with CNN that Ukraine could destroy all Russian ballistic missiles if the United States sold Kyiv 10 percent of its Patriot interceptor missile stockpile. Zelenskyy also mentioned that Vladimir Putin currently lacks sufficient pressure to end the war and expressed concern that Russia might escalate the conflict toward NATO or the Baltic states.
