Australia summoned Israel's ambassador, Hillel Newman, on Thursday after the Israeli military decided not to pursue criminal proceedings regarding the deaths of seven World Central Kitchen aid workers, including Australian Zomi Frankcom. The workers were killed in an Israeli airstrike in Gaza in April 2024.
