  • A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.

Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.

Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.

The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

Antônio Carlos Freixo Júnior, owner of Entre Investimentos and an associate of banker Daniel Vorcaro, has signed a plea bargain agreement with the Procuradoria Geral da República (PGR). The agreement, which has been sent to Supreme Court Minister André Mendonça for validation, involves the transfer of funds to the Havengate Development Fund in the United States. This fund is managed by Paulo Calixto, a lawyer linked to Eduardo Bolsonaro. The resources were reportedly intended to finance Dark Horse, a film about former President Jair Bolsonaro. According to the investigation, Entre Investimentos acted as an operational arm for Vorcaro to facilitate these transfers. One report specifies that Freixo Júnior agreed to pay a fine of approximately 2 billion reais and provided details on illicit financial operations, including currency evasion. While the funds were justified as film financing, authorities suspect a portion may have been destined for Eduardo Bolsonaro. One source further alleges that Flávio Bolsonaro requested 24 million dollars from Vorcaro for the project, with records showing at least 10 million dollars were paid to the Havengate fund. This is the second plea deal in the Banco Master case, following an agreement with businessman João Carlos Mansur.
