- A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.
Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.
Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.
The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

The mayor of Cali has announced a recovery roadmap for the city's health centers following an earthquake on August 10. The plan includes an investment of COP 478.512 billion for eight strategic projects: Joaquín Paz Borrero, Primitivo Iglesias, Carlos Holmes Trujillo, Mariano Ramos, Cañaveralejo, Buitrera, Meléndez, and Hogar Geriátrico San Miguel. According to Health Secretary Germán Escobar, a census identified 218 health institutions with varying levels of infrastructure damage. Within the public network, 103 buildings were affected, and four remain closed. Three of these centers, the Lourdes, Buitrera, and Mariano Ramos centers, may require total demolition and reconstruction depending on upcoming technical studies. The Carlos Holmes Trujillo Hospital is currently undergoing evaluation after the evacuation of its outpatient tower. To support the reconstruction of this facility, Mayor Alejandro Eder and First Lady Ana Lucía Pineda announced alliances with the Fundación Vida, Fundación Colombia luce Sonrisa, and Fundación Solidaria por Colombia. While one report focuses on the scale of the damage and the specific financial investment required for health infrastructure, another report frames the event as a collaborative effort between the mayor, the district manager, and the first lady of the country to boost reconstruction.
