A Quaest poll released on Tuesday, August 25, shows Dr. Furlan of the PSD party leading the race for the government of Amapá with 55% of voting intentions in the first round. The current governor and candidate for reelection, Clécio Luís of the União party, follows with 35%. Jairo Palheta of the PCO party holds 1%, while candidates Carlos Cley and Delegado Marcos did not score. Undecided voters account for 8%, and those intending to vote blank, null, or not vote at all sum to 1%.

In a simulation of the second round, Dr. Furlan maintains a lead with 54% against 36% for Clécio Luís. The survey interviewed 804 voters between August 21 and 24, with a margin of error of three percentage points and a confidence level of 95%.
