  • A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.

Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.

Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.

The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

Sophie Adenot became the first French woman to conduct a spacewalk on the International Space Station (ISS). Working alongside US astronaut Anil Menon, Adenot spent six hours and 23 minutes outside the station on Tuesday. The mission aimed to replace a defective space to ground antenna used for high speed communication with the control center in Houston, Texas.

While the astronauts successfully removed the defective antenna, they were unable to install the new device due to time constraints. According to NASA, the process of loosening bolts and electrical connections took longer than anticipated. Despite the incomplete antenna exchange, NASA praised the astronauts for their endurance and resilience. Adenot, a 44 year old engineer and former test pilot, is the second European woman to perform a spacewalk, following Italy's Samantha Cristoforetti in 2022.
