- A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.
Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.
Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.
The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

Google announced on Tuesday the launch of Gemini Enterprise for Legal, a specialized AI platform designed to assist law firms and legal departments. The tool aims to automate routine and complex tasks such as document drafting, contract review, and tracking changes in legislation. A primary goal of the legal platform is to reduce hallucinations, which occur when AI generates incorrect responses or cites non-existent laws and precedents. To ensure security, Google stated that data from this platform will not be used to train its AI models and will remain isolated within corporate environments.
The platform utilizes specialized AI agents and integrates with various legal technology services, including Thomson Reuters, Harvey, and LexisNexis. Google is collaborating with several major law firms on the project, including Weil Gotshal, Cleary Gottlieb, Freshfields, and Williams and Connolly. Additionally, the company is partnering with firms such as Deloitte, Accenture, and KPMG for implementation. While the legal tool is currently in a testing phase, Google did not provide a general availability date.
Simultaneously, Google introduced Gemini Enterprise for Financial Services for banks, investment funds, and capital market firms. This version includes a financial research agent capable of automating market analysis and producing audits. It connects to industry databases such as S&P Global, Moody's, and the SEC's Edgar system, and can be used within Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets.
Both center-leaning sources report these developments as part of a broader corporate strategy to attract business users. One source emphasizes the competitive landscape, noting that rivals like Anthropic and Thomson Reuters are also expanding their legal AI offerings to meet growing industry demand.
