- A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.
Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.
Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.

A significant portion of the Treasure of Villena, one of Europe's most precious Bronze Age collections, was stolen from a Spanish museum on Thursday. While the collection was almost entirely taken, thieves left behind several items, including three silver cups, a gold bracelet, and one of the two most valuable pieces in the set: a bracelet made of meteoritic iron. This specific piece is highly valued because it was crafted from extraterrestrial mineral during a period when the inhabitants of the Iberian Peninsula did not yet know how to treat iron. The collection originally consisted of 59 gold objects, along with a few pieces of silver and iron. The mayor of the city expressed that he is devastated by the theft.
