- A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.
Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.
Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.

Russia and Ukraine launched a series of reciprocal aerial attacks targeting energy facilities and strategic hubs. Russian forces targeted the Odesa region in southern Ukraine, hitting ports and other sites. One report indicates that a Russian missile struck a 25 story residential building in Odesa, resulting in two deaths, while other officials reported five injuries from drone attacks in the same city. Ukrainian defenses reportedly intercepted over 400 of the 453 drones launched during the offensive.
In response, Ukraine targeted Russian oil refineries in southern Russia and Tatarstan. An attack on the Nizhnekamsk refinery in Tatarstan killed two people and injured two others after a drone hit a vehicle. Ukraine also claimed to have hit a refinery in Slaviansk na Kubani, which Ukrainian military officials state supplies the Russian Armed Forces. Additionally, Russian atomic energy officials reported a Ukrainian attack on fuel tankers transporting diesel to the Zaporiyia nuclear power plant, resulting in two Russian military deaths and several injuries.
