  • A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.

Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.

Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.

The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

Santos defeated Corinthians 1-0 on Sunday, September 30, at the Neo Química Arena in a match for the 25th round of the Campeonato Brasileiro. Christian Oliva scored the winning goal in the 33rd minute of the first half, capitalizing on a rebound from a free kick taken by Neymar. This result marked the first victory for Santos in a derby against a capital rival this season, following seven previous matches that ended in four draws and three losses.

The victory was critical for Santos, managed by coach Cuca, as it brought the team to 29 points and prevented them from falling into the relegation zone (Z4). Conversely, Corinthians remained at 32 points and suffered its third consecutive defeat in the league. Following the match, Corinthians is scheduled to face Chapecoense on October 6, while Santos will play Internacional on the same day according to one report, or face Palmeiras in the Copa do Brasil quarterfinals during the week according to another.

Neymar played a decisive role in the match. He had previously appeared in only one of the seven derbies this season, a 1-1 draw on March 15. In this encounter, his free kick hit the post before Oliva scored.
