Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.
Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.
The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

Santos forward Neymar has publicly questioned the accuracy of a lip reading video that allegedly shows him swearing at referee Edina Alves. The dispute began after dubber Velloso posted a video of the match between Santos and Mirassol, in which Neymar reportedly called the referee's performance horrorosa and very bad. Neymar responded to the viral post on Instagram by stating that much of what Velloso thinks he said is wrong and urged the dubber to be 100 percent correct. Velloso replied by explaining that lip reading is not an exact science and carries a margin of error, though he questioned if the specific reading in the final video was incorrect.
