- A hatched block means the outlet is affiliated with, or controlled by, a state.
Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.
Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.
The owner of each outlet is listed as a matter of record, not as a judgement about the outlet.

Severe hailstorms and heavy rains struck Santa Catarina between Friday and Sunday, causing significant damage to hundreds of homes and vehicles. In Florianópolis, the storm hit the northern region of the island on Saturday night, with reports of hail the size of eggs. Estimates of the impact vary between sources, with one report stating at least 700 houses were damaged and another stating more than 1,000 families were affected. The city of Florianópolis declared a state of emergency for the North Island to expedite assistance and the distribution of tarps and tiles to residents.
The weather system affected multiple cities across the state. In Biguaçu, approximately 250 residences and several vehicles were damaged. In the west of the state, the municipalities of Quilombo, Bom Jesus, and Ipuaçu also reported damage to homes and declared states of emergency. A 39 year old tourist died after being struck by lightning at Praia do Sonho in Palhoça on Saturday.
Regional weather authorities noted that the state has seen above average rainfall this winter. Meteorologists from the Civil Defense warn that heavy rain, flooding, and landslides are likely to increase over the next three months. Beyond Santa Catarina, heavy rains and hail in Rio Grande do Sul caused at least two deaths and impacted 33 municipalities since Thursday.
