Political lean describes where an outlet sits within the politics of its own country. It is never a position on a single global scale.

Political lean is comparable inside one country and not across them, which is why the bar groups by country first. Publicly funded broadcasters are not marked as state-linked.

A large sinkhole opened at the entrance of actor Nicolas Cage's Malibu home on Tuesday. The crater destroyed part of the driveway leading to the garage and affected a section of the street. No injuries were reported. While one source estimated the hole at nine meters wide and nine meters long, another reported it as being up to 18 meters wide in some places and 7.6 meters deep by Tuesday evening. The sinkhole contained concrete, tiles, and a portable toilet used by workmen performing alterations on the property. Malibu city officials declared a local emergency and issued an evacuation order for dozens of homes in the area. The incident followed heavy surf and rainfall. A meteorologist with the National Weather Service attributed the coastal erosion to the remnants of Hurricane Marie and significant wave heights. Emergency teams were called to the scene following a gas leak. The property, which Cage purchased for 10.5 million dollars, is located in an exclusive coastal stretch of Southern California.
