A weak earthquake struck the region on the border between Baden-Württemberg and Rheinland-Pfalz on Thursday evening at 5:27 p.m. The epicenter was located near Worms, with the GFZ Helmholtz Center for Georesearch placing it less than one kilometer from the A61 motorway and at a depth of ten kilometers.
