Una inundación repentina y un deslizamiento de tierra catastróficos en la frontera entre Nepal y el Tíbet han dejado cientos de personas muertas y más de 1.300 desaparecidas. El desastre ocurrió la mañana del miércoles, 26 de agosto de 2026, enviando una pared masiva de lodo, hielo y escombros a través del distrito de Rasuwa en Nepal y hacia la región tibetana de China.
